Residential Burglary - Davenham Avenue, Northwood

Police have received a report of a residential burglary that occurred on Davenham Avenue in Northwood (between Shelley Close and Eastbury Avenue).

This has occurred between Saturday 31st May 2025, between 16:49PM to 21:05PM hours. 

Between the material times the resident who was not home at the time. Has left their address lock and secured, upon returning home they have found their rear patio window had been smashed and a messy search had been conducted of the address. 

At this current moment it is unknown if anything has been taken from the address. However it is believed that jewellery has been targeted. The offender(s) have gained access to the rear garden of the property by jumping over the back fence and then smashed a patio door at the rear of the property. They have exited the address the way they've entered before leaving in an unknown direction.

If you have any CCTV or ring doorbell footage of suspicious persons or vehicles in the vicinity of Davenham Avenue. On the time or days leading up to this, please call 101, quoting crime number 41/49854/25.
